Carnitine is an amino acid i.e. part of the structure of protein. It is particularly found in red meat and gives us sustaining energy.  Some of the symptoms of carnitine deficiency are fatigue, poor muscle tone, muscle pain and exercise intolerance. Blood tests on Post Polio clinic patients have shown carnitine serum levels were low in many cases and supplementation can benefit the late effects of polio.

 Deals with how characteristics are programmed in each blood group by relationship to environments where each blood group developed and this has a lot to do with the right foods for that blood group too.  Vitamin and mineral deficiencies can also affect characteristics eg restless, anxious, noise intolerant when low on magnesium; when zinc is low can be irrational, irritable, forgetful, indecisive, inability to get to sleep or stay asleep.  So we can have some control by fixing deficiencies and making allowances for those we can't control.
